To commemorate 75 Years of India's Independence as part of the ongoing ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’, this call for submission of logos for ‘One Nation One Ration Card’ (ONORC) plan is being issued by the Department of Food and Public Distribution, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Government of India in partnership with United Nations World Food Programme.

Terms & Conditions
1. All Indian citizens/ group of
citizens are eligible to participate in the competition.
2. One participant can submit up to a
maximum of three entries.
3. All Government employees
participating in this competition should have prior permission from their
employer to participate in this competition.
4. The participant should submit a high
resolution (600 dpi) image in JPEG, BMP, TIFF formats only.
5. The language of the logo should be in
English or Hindi
6. Each participant must submit a brief
description (maximum 100 words) of the logo in Hindi or English along with the
image (i.e. Explanation of the logo, symbol, colour etc.)
7. The logo should be distinctive and
scalable. It should be useable in large hoardings and small merchandise and
should be appropriate for any web device and any kind of print material.
8. The logo can be of multi-colour but
should also be reproducible in monochrome
9. The logo submission has to be
original. It should not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957
or the Intellectual Property Rights of any third party. Anyone found infringing
on others’ copyright would be disqualified from the competition. DoFPD or WFP
does not bear any responsibility for copyright violations or infringements of intellectual
property carried out by the participants.
10.All designs submitted will be the
intellectual property of Department of Food and Public Distribution, Ministry
of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Government of India and the
participants shall not exercise any right over it.
11.DoFPD will have unfettered right to
modify the prize-winning entry or other entries in any form and shall use them
for promotional purposes, as Information, Education and Communication materials
and also for any other use as may be deemed appropriate.
12.DoFPD/ shall not use the disqualified
entries for any purpose and shall have no intellectual rights over the same.
13.The participant should make sure that
her/his MyGov profile is accurate, complete, and updated for further
communication. This includes details such as name, latest photo, country
declaration, complete postal address, email ID and phone number etc. Entries
with incomplete profiles would not be considered.
14.All entries must be submitted online
only at www.mygov.in platform before 5 pm (17:00Hours) on 31stMay 2021.
Offline/Manual proposal will be summarily rejected.
15.A confirmation email will be sent to
the participants only on the successful submission of the entries.
16.The tentative date of declaration of
the result for the contest is 30th June 2021. The results of the contest would
be declared on MyGov website, only.
17.A Selection Committee will examine
the submissions and will shortlist/select the winners
18.Entries would be assessed for
creativity, composition, visual appeal,originality, and relevance to the theme
of One Nation One Ration Card.
19.Marks will be allocated by each
Member of the committee independently and averaged. Winners will be decided
based in maximum average marks obtained.
20.The decision of the Selection Committee
would be final and binding on all the contestants and no clarifications would
be issued to any participants on any decision of the Selection Committee.
21.Any legal proceedings arising out of
the competition/ its entries/ winners shall be subject to local jurisdiction of
Delhi only.
22.The winner will be notified through
email address that she/he has provided along with her/his submission.
23.If a winner is not reachable within
five working days from the result announcement,
he or she will forfeit the prize and another winner will be selected from the
remaining eligible entries in accordance with the above process until a winner
is selected and can be contacted.
24.Prize money will be transferred to
the winner only through electronic transfer as per the bank details submitted
by the winner via email.
25.E-Certificate will be issued to
winners through email only.
26.In the event of unforeseen
circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend the contest/ terms of
reference or withdraw the contest at any time.
1.First Prize: (one contestant) -INR
50,000/- + e-Certificate.
2.Consolation Prize: (3 contestants)
only e-certificate
