The National Telecommunications Institute for Policy Research, Innovations & Training (NTIPRIT) is the apex training institute of the Department of Telecommunications, Govt. of India. NTIPRIT is also a Central Training Institute (CTI) enlisted with the Department of Personnel & Training, Govt. of India.

Terms
& Conditions
The contest will remain open up to 20th June,
2021 till 2300 Hrs.
The Contest is open to all Indians from India
or abroad. Registered Organizations under relevant Indian laws are also
eligible to participate.
Only
one entry each shall be permitted per individual or organization for Logo
including tagline.
All
entries must be submitted to the “Do” section of www.mygov.in. Entries
submitted through any other medium/ mode will not be considered for evaluation.
The submitted Logo design should include the tagline as well. The Logo entries
without tagline shall be rejected. Hereinafter, the term ‘Logo’ shall refer to
‘Logo including tagline’.
The
winning design of logo will be the intellectual property/ copyright of NTIPRIT.
The winner(s) cannot exercise any right over them, after the acceptance of the
Award
The
winning logo may be used by NTIPRIT for promotional and display purposes at its
freewill including but not limited to printing, advertising and any digital
platform.
NTIPRIT
will have unfettered right to modify the winning logo and may add or delete any
information or design feature in any form to them.
Plagiarism
of any nature is not allowed. Anyone found infringing on others’ copyright would
be disqualified from the contest.
The
logo designs must be original and should not violate any provision of the
Indian Copyright Act, 1957 or any other law applicable in this regard. The logo
should not have been previously published in any print and digital media and
must not contain any provocative, objectionable or inappropriate content.
NTIPRIT/
DoT/ MyGov do not accept any liability for the publication of unlawfully reproduced
logo(s). The participant submitting the entries shall be solely responsible for
any liability arising out of the publication of the unlawfully reproduced logo and
consent to indemnify NTIPRIT/ DoT/ MyGov for the same.
NTIPRIT
or MyGov takes no responsibility for corrupted or late entries.
Government
employees are encouraged to participate in the competition.
Participant(s)
is/ are required to ensure that his/ her MyGov profile is accurate and updated
since NTIPRIT would be using this for further communication. This includes details
such as name, photo, email-id, address and phone number. Entries with incomplete
profiles will not be considered.
The
winner will be declared through email or by way of announcing his/her name on
the MyGov blog page.
There
will be no notification to participants of rejected entries.
Payment
of Award to the winner will be made electronically through ECS for which necessary
bank details will be taken after the declaration of the winner(s) of the contest.
NTIPRIT
reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of this Contest and/ or Terms
and Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria. However, any changes
to the Terms and Conditions/ Technical
Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria, or the cancellation of the Contest, will be
updated/ posted on the MyGov platform. It would be the responsibility of the
participants to keep themselves informed to any changes in the Terms and
Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria stated for this Contest.
Any
legal proceedings arising out of the competition/ its entries/ winners shall be
subject to local jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose
will be borne by the parties themselves.
By
participating in the contest and submitting designs, the participants agree unequivocally
to the terms and conditions of the contest.
NTIPRIT
Logo Contest Technical Parameters
Participants
should upload the Logo in JPEG/ JPG/ PNG/ SVG format only. However,the winners
shall be required to submit vector design of the Logo (raw/ editable design) and
an undertaking of originality of design and transfer of copyright to Government
of India to claim Award.
The
Logo should be designed on a digital platform. The winner of the competition
shall be required to submit the design in an editable and open file format.
Participants should ensure that original designs are submitted.
Logo
should be designed in colour. The size of the designs may vary from 5cm*5cm to 60cm*60cm
in either portrait or landscape.
The
Logo should be usable on the website/ social media such as Twitter/ Facebook
and on printed materials such as b/w press releases, stationery and signage,
labels etc.
The logo should be in high resolution with a minimum 300 DPI.
NTIPRIT
Logo Contest Evaluation Criteria
All
the entries received by NTIPRIT would be scrutinized by a selection Committee.
Entries
would be judged on the basis of elements of creativity, originality,
composition, technical excellence, simplicity, artistic merit and visual impact
and how well they communicate the purpose and activities of NTIPRIT The the decision of the Selection Committee would be final and binding on all the contestants
and no clarifications would be issued to any participants or on any decision of
the Selection Committee
The
selected winner for NTIPRIT “Logo including tagline” will be paid an award of
Rs. 25,000/-.
The last date of submission of entries is 20th June 2021.
