On the occasion, Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Tomar said that the scheme was an
attempt to resolve the dispute over property in the villages. Under this scheme, mapping of properties
will be done in all the villages of the country through drones and the
villagers will get a certificate of ownership of their properties. He said that
by 2024, people living in villages will get property cards.
